摘要： A system of manufacturing a molded article includes a mold having first and second parts engagable to one another to form a cavity. A first mold part is fixed to a mold station. The second part of the mold is movable between a spray station adjacent the mold station. An enclosure disposed between the mold station and the spray station contains emissions from the spray station so that the mold station is not contaminated. The molded article is fabricated by applying a surface coating at the spray station into, shuttling the movable part of the mold into alignment with the fixed part of the mold, and filling the mold with a settable mixture. The second part of the mold is released from the first part, and shuttled back to the spray station for demolding of the completed molded article.

摘要： The method of the kind, comprising: incorporating vulcanizing substances to natural rubber latex, leaving the mixture to react and vulcanize, filling a mask mold with the vulcanized product, pouring the product out of the mold when a product film of the desired thickness has adhered to the surface of the mold, and stripping the film off the mold. According to the invention, the method further comprises: centrifuging the vulcanized latex to remove the chemicals which have not been incorporated during the reaction; performing a foaming by mechanical or chemical means after the maceration step, and performing a drying after pouring the product out the mold, by heating to from 50.degree. to 90.degree. C. to facilitate stripping the mask off the mold.

Such methods include preparing a mixture of unmelted plastic resin, filler agent, and blowing agent, melting the mixture into a viscous combination using a standard injection molding machine, injecting a set amount of the viscous combination into a hollow cavity of an injection mold secured within the standard injection molding machine, and holding the set amount of the viscous combination in the hollow cavity at a low pressure for a hold time until the viscous combination sets into a monolithic structure at least partially filling the hollow cavity and the blowing agent forms a distribution of hollow cells throughout the monolithic structure.

摘要： Methods and combinations of a curing catalyst with a mold release mixture, which is then subsequently applied to the surface of a mold prior to the application of polyurethane reactants to said mold, where the curing catalyst component has the effect of catalyzing the reaction at the surface of the molded part. This catalysis results in greater reactivity at the surface between reacting portions and lower delamination of the surface of the foam, thereby leading to more attractive skins with a more consistent cell structure, and lower de-mold times due to skins whose nature makes them less likely to adhere to the surface of the mold. These foams will be less likely to tear upon opening of the mold, and production quality and output will be improved.

摘要： A method of producing a polypropylene resin in-mold expanded product, includes: placing polypropylene resin particles obtained from a base material resin having a melting point of 140° C. to 150° C., the base material resin comprising: a polypropylene resin A comprising 3 weight % to 15 weight % of 1-butene and haying a melting point of 130° C. to 140° C.; and a polypropylene resin B having a melting point of 145° C. to 165° C., water, and an inorganic gas foaming agent in a pressure-resistant container, forming a mixture, dispersing the polypropylene resin particles while stirring the mixture, obtaining a dispersion liquid, increasing a temperature and a pressure in the pressure-resistant container, releasing the dispersion liquid from the pressure-resistant container into a region having a pressure lower than the pressure in the pressure-resistant container, producing expanded polypropylene resin particles; and filling a mold with the expanded polypropylene resin particles, and then heating the expanded polypropylene resin particles.
