The lower die core unit includes an internal loop for a cooled gas to flow therethrough, and is made of a first porous material so as to allow the cooled gas to flow out of the lower die core unit. The upper die core unit includes an upper die core passage for the cooled gas to flow therethrough, and is made of a second porous material so as to allow the cooled gas to flow out of the upper die core unit.

摘要： The invention relates to a mold for a device for manufacturing particle foam articles. The mold delimits a mold cavity. The mold includes a mold chase and at least one mold plate movable relative to the mold chase. The mold chase is characterized in that it comprises front walls that are formed to be more rigid than the inner wall facing the mold cavity. According to another aspect of the invention, the mold plate comprises a reinforcing structure, which is formed independently of a hollow chamber structure of the mold plate, wherein vapor is conducted exclusively through the hollow chamber structure of the mold plate. Furthermore, fins of the hollow chamber structure can be arranged slanted, so that condensed water forming in the hollow chamber structure flows away from the inner wall of the mold plate. According to another aspect, a sealing element is provided, which surrounds the mold plate. The sealing element is formed as an inflatable tube.

The method includes: a filling step of filling a material to be molded into at least the mounting-section cavity portion 41; and a core-back step of moving at least one of the non-mounting-section mold portion 31a, the mounting-section mold portion 31b, and the second mold 32 so that a cavity width of the non-mounting-section cavity portion 42 is increased while a cavity width of the mounting-section cavity portion 41 is constant, the filling step and the core-back step being sequentially performed.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel device to manufacture polyurethane foam boards used in structurally insulated panel known as insulated building material press. The press enables the application of pressure across a large area while foaming and curing polyurethane under pressure, curing glue or otherwise bonding materials into a finished product or to form multiple panels in a single press at the same time. The building material press can be used to manufacture multiple structurally insulated panels simultaneously. The press is mobile and can be transported by means of a vehicle to a remote location.

摘要： In order to produce molded foam parts from foam systems, such as soft, semi-hard and integral foam, foaming molds are typically used, which are produced from different base materials, depending on the intended purpose and required output or service life. Molds for producing molded foam parts are produced from steel or aluminum. A negative or undesirable property during the production of molded foam parts is that the foam adheres to the foaming molds and can often only be removed mechanically. In order to prevent this, the disclosure proposes a mold insert for a molded part mold, comprising a cavity, wherein the mold insert can be arranged on the molded part mold such that a volume-reduced cavity is formed in the arranged state and the mold insert contributes to creating the shape of the material.

摘要： Disclosed is a mold for foam molding capable of making the operation to attach a reinforcing member to an inner surface of a mold easier, capable of sufficiently preventing entry of foam synthetic resin between the reinforcing member and the inner surface of the mold at the time of foam-molding, and capable of preventing the reinforcing member from becoming wrinkled; and also provided is a method for producing a foam-molded member which has a reinforcing member using this mold for foam molding. A mold 20 for foam molding is used to foam-mold a seat pad 1 which is provided with a seat pad main body 2 and a reinforcing member 10 disposed on the back side of the seat pad main body 2. At the time of foam-molding, the reinforcing member 10 is disposed inside the mold 20 and an end edge of the reinforcing member 10 is secured to the inner surface of the mold 20 by a securing means. A tension application means is provided which applies tension to the end edge of the reinforcing member 10 in a direction to separate from the securing means.
