摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide such a sealing structure that a material to be a deterioration factor such as water or oxygen is prevented from entering from external and sufficient reliability is obtained in a display using an organic or inorganic electroluminescent element. In view of the above object, focusing on permeability of an interlayer insulating film, deterioration of an electroluminescent element is suppressed and sufficient reliability is obtained by preventing water entry from an interlayer insulating film according to the present invention.

摘要： A method for disassembling a discarded refrigerator that uses a foamed resin as a heat insulator according to the present invention includes the processes of cutting and separating a heat-insulating housing of a refrigerator into pieces having a predetermined size and shape; obtaining the foamed resin by passing the pieces between a pair of compression rollers arranged so as to oppose each other and compressing the pieces, thereby peeling off and separating an incompressible plate-like object layered at least on one surface of the pieces; and collecting a foaming gas by passing the foamed resin (301) between a pair of compression rollers (331, 332) arranged so as to oppose each other and compressing the foamed resin, thereby allowing the foaming gas in the foamed resin to leak out. This makes it possible to collect a foaming gas in a heat insulator while maintaining a high concentration with small equipment at low cost.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to realize a light emitting device having low power consumption and high stability, in addition to improve extraction efficiency of light generated in a light emitting element. At least an interlayer insulating film (including a planarizing film), an anode, and a bank covering an edge portion of the anode contain-chemically and physically stable silicon oxide, or are made of a material containing silicon oxide as its main component in order to accomplish a light emitting device having high stability. Generation of heat in a light emitting panel can be suppressed in addition to increase in efficiency (luminance/current) of a light emitting panel according to the structure of the present invention. Consequently, synergistic effect on reliability of a light emitting device is obtained.

摘要： The present invention provides a highly stable light emitting device having high light-emitting efficiency (light-extraction efficiency) with high luminance and low power consumption, and a method of manufacturing thereof. A partition wall and a heat-resistant planarizing film are formed of a same material so as to be well-adhered to each other, thereby reducing material costs. Either an anode or a cathode is formed on the heat-resistant planarizing film. The partition wall and the heat-resistant planarizing film is adhered to each other without inserting a film having different refractive index therebetween, and therefore reflection of light is not caused in an interface.

The heat exchanger is cut while a top layer of an impact portion being smashed. It is possible to disassemble an air conditioner efficiently using a cutting device having a simple configuration and a long lifetime.

摘要： It is an object of the invention to present a disassembling method and disassembling apparatus for disassembling easily an electronic appliance having a housing, and electronic components such as cathode-ray tube accommodated in the housing, classifying without mixing of impurities, and recycling at low cost by automating. An electronic appliance having a housing, a cathode-ray tube, and plural electronic components is put on a conveying pallet, and it is transferred by a conveyor. The conveyed electronic appliance is put on a tiltable work bench, a back plate of the housing is removed, and an opening is formed. Blowing a high pressure air shower to the opening, dust deposits on the electronic components are removed and cleaned. Moreover, other side of the housing is processed into a U-form by end mill, and a further opening is formed, and the cathode-ray tube is taken out through this further opening. The metal band of the dismounted cathode-ray tube is heated by high frequency induction, and the metal band is removed. The adhesive applied on the cathode-ray tube is removed by using a rotary brush having metal wires. Still more, judging whether a safety panel is installed at the front side of the cathode-ray tube or not by using distance sensors, the safety panel is classified. Such disassembling process is executed by using an automated disassembling apparatus.

摘要： A multiplex transmission system, in which a node as a transmission node transmits data frame by frame to a transmission path, and a plurality of other nodes, as reception nodes, returns a reception acknowledgment signal to the transmission path upon proper reception of the frame of data. Each of the reception nodes which properly received the frame returns the reception acknowledgment signal specific thereto to that division of a reception acknowledgment signal area in the frame which corresponds to this node. Each node discriminates the success/failure of signal transmission, by comparing the information registered beforehand in its reception acknowledgment signal table with the information in the reception acknowledgment signal area. When the information of the reception acknowledgment signal table does not coincide with that of the reception acknowledgment signal area, the transmission node re-transmits the frame and the reception acknowledgment signal tables of all the nodes are updated. The system can not only effect the addition and deletion of multiplex nodes easily without requiring the change of scale of the circuit of the system, but also discriminate trouble for each of the multiplex nodes.

摘要： A multiplex transmission system, in which a plurality of nodes are coupled together through a transmission path, and a node as a transmission node transmits a frame of data including a data area containing transmission data, to other nodes as reception nodes through the transmission path. The frame of data includes a data valid/invalid area having the same bit length as the data area and indicating, bit by bit, the validness/invalidness of the data carried by the corresponding bits in the data area. The system need not be modified depending on the model and grade of vehicles, and can be used widely and applied to various options by the use of a signal allocation system common to different models and grades of vehicles. Those bits in the data area which correspond to the bits in the data valid/invalid area indicative of data invalidness may have values thereof set to a fixed value, so that the reception node judges the transmission node to be defective when a bit of the data valid/invalid area of the received frame and the corresponding bit of the data area of the received frame make a combination of specific values.
