    • A two-mass flywheel has a first flywheel which can be connected to the crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, and can be provided with a thrust bearing for a hub of a second flywheel. The first flywheel can also be designed in its circumferential area with a radial bearing for the hub. The second flywheel can preferably rotate in synchronization with the first flywheel and can also preferably execute a limited rotation relative to the first flywheel. On this flywheel device, the thrust bearing is oriented so that on one hand, a sufficient supply of lubricant to the thrust bearing is always provided, and on the other hand, so that there is an optimal axial guidance of the hub. The invention teaches that this object can be achieved by a thrust bearing with displacement limit stops for the hub provided on both sides of the hub and extending to the radial bearing.

    • The clutch disc for a motor vehicle friction clutch includes a hub (3) having a radially protruding hub flange (7), and two side plates (9, 11) rigidly connected together and limitedly rotatably mounted on the hub (3) on axially opposite sides of the hub flange (7). Compression springs of a torsion spring damper are arranged in windows of the hub flange (7) and of the side plates (9, 11). An idling operation friction damper (51, 59) and a load operation friction damper (99, 103, 105, 107) are arranged between the two side plates (9, 11). A control element (29) renders the two friction dampers effective in alternation. The control element (29) comprises two ring parts (31, 33) connected to rotate with one another. A friction ring (51) and a presser spring (59) of the idling friction damper are accommodated between the two ring parts (31, 33). Friction rings (61, 65) and a pressure spring (71) of the load friction damper are located between the side plates (9, 11) and the ring parts (31, 33) of the control element (29). The spring (71) of the load friction damper is stronger than the spring (59) of the idling friction damper. Likewise the friction torque of the load friction damper is greater than that of the idling friction damper. The control element is supported through a control spring (23') on the side plates (9, 11). The distance lugs (35) limit the rotating travel of the control element (29) in relation to the hub flange.

    • A flywheel device has a drive-side centrifugal mass and a second centrifugal mass, which is rotatable relative to the first centrifugal mass and is connected to the first centrifugal mass via a torsional damping device. The axial offset is limited to the gap width, at least at the sealing point.

    • A flywheel device has a first flywheel mass that is drivable and rotates around a rotational axis and a second flywheel mass that can be deflected relative to the first at least by a limited rotational angle. The second flywheel mass is drive-connected to the first flywheel mass by a torsional damping device. A first sealing part of the seal is connected to one of the flywheel masses and a second sealing part of the seal is connected to the other flywheel mass. The second sealing part is arranged in a radially offset manner relative to the first sealing part and has at least two fixed arms extending from an annual base in the direction of the first sealing part. Each of the arms is arranged at a predeterminable distance from the side of the first sealing part that faces it and forms, together with the other respective fixed arm and the base, an annular channel holding a highly-viscous medium. The first sealing part is submerged, at least in its region radially adjacent to the second sealing part, in the highly-viscous medium.

    • A flywheel assembly has a first flywheel which is detachably connected to the crankshaft of a combustion engine, a second flywheel which can be rotated relative to the first, and a torque transformer, such as a hub disc, which is located in a chamber between the two flywheels, which chamber is filled with a viscous medium and which torque transformer is equipped with a torsion damping unit. The chamber is defined on that side facing the second flywheel by a cover plate, which encloses an air channel between it and the second flywheel, which air channel extends radially outward from a ventilation opening in the second flywheel.
