This type of lens can effectively prevent the optical part from being damaged, for example, in a low pressure molding process, by a hot liquid glue, improve the yield of the lighting device, and have fine waterproof ability at the same time. Also disclosed is a lighting device having this type of lens, and the lighting device has beautiful appearance and fine waterproof effect. A method configured to make this lighting device is also disclosed.

摘要： The main part of the melt produced during laser welding of two housing parts along a circumferential edge is made to flow towards the printed circuit board by a predefined geometry, thus fixing the board in a form-fitting manner. The basic geometry is modified to prevent the melt from distributing in both directions in an uncontrolled manner and make it flow towards the inside of the housing in a targeted manner. The printed circuit board can thus be fixed and the housing sealed in a single operation. Less space is required on the printed circuit board since the support surfaces only affect the peripheral zone of the printed circuit board. The peripheral zone is a barrier zone since the individual printed circuit board is cut out of a panel. Due to the larger contact surface, prestress losses caused by creep of the plastic have no adverse effect.

The method includes applying a carbon nanotube-containing ink onto a substrate to form a deposited layer, and coating a polymeric or monomeric solution on the deposited carbon nanotube layer to form a thin film layer. In accordance with the method, the spin-coated carbon nanotube layer is coated with the polymeric or monomeric chemical solution to minimize an area where the base substrate contacts the polymeric film and thereby to advantageously form a flexible board readily separable from the substrate without applying any external stress or laser.

The method includes the steps of positioning the lower part in a bottom clamp portion retained in a bottom clamp receptacle, positioning a top clamp portion in a top clamp receptacle, the clamp portions being configured to engage each other in a locking manner, and positioning the upper part in a first gripper. The method also features the steps of applying adhesive to at least one of the parts, pressing said upper part onto the bottom part retained by the bottom clamp receptacle with the first gripper, whilst retrieving the top clamp portion with a second gripper, and locking the top clamp portion to the bottom clamp portion with the second gripper to clamp the parts together.

摘要： An article has a body made of a biodegradable resin. A heat insulating material covers over the surface of the body. A resin adhesive is interposed between the body and the heat insulating material. Heat insulation is achieved with such a simplified structure. Heating process is employed to melt the resin adhesive, for example. The heat insulating material can thus easily be detached from the surface of the body. Since the body is made of a biodegradable resin, the body is easily degraded in soil, for example. No waste is generated. When the body is incinerated for thermal recycle, for example, emission of carbon-dioxide is reduced to half an amount of the case where a petroleum resin is incinerated. This results in less deterioration of the environment.

摘要： A portable memory device includes a molded housing and a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) encased with the molded housing such that a plug connector extends from one end. A lower housing portion is produced by injection molding using a first apparatus, and then the lower housing portion is transferred to a second molding apparatus. The PCBA is mounted onto the lower housing such that the plug connector is received in a protected region. The second molding apparatus is then closed, and an upper housing portion is injected molded over the PBCA and exposed peripheral edges of the lower housing portion such that the upper housing portion becomes fused to the lower housing portion. Multiple lower housing portions connected together by plastic tethers to form a plastic strip, which facilitates efficient transfer to the second molding apparatus as a unit. The tethers are subsequently removed (e.g., singulated) to form individual memory devices.
