摘要： Disclosed herein are a real wood film and a method of manufacturing an injection-molded real wood product by using the real wood film. The real wood film includes: a sliced veneer; a non-woven fabric adhered to the bottom surface of the sliced veneer by means of a non-aqueous adhesive, and configured to protect the sliced veneer from moisture; a formation improvement layer adhered to the bottom surface of M the non-woven fabric, and configured to prevent the sliced veneer from being wrinkled due to heat applied to the sliced veneer and prevent a crack from occurring; and a thermoplastic adhesive layer adhered to the bottom surface of the formation improvement layer, and configured to enable adhesion to injected resin.

摘要： A method for forming an encapsulation assembly, and a vehicle window are provided. The method includes: providing a reinforcement component; forming a primer layer covering a surface of the reinforcement component; performing a heating treatment on the reinforcement component after the primer layer is formed, to elevate a temperature of the reinforcement component; and injecting a gasket material in a mold onto the surface of the reinforcement component with elevated temperature to form a gasket. The vehicle window includes a glass; and the encapsulation assembly formed by the above method. The gasket may bind with the primer layer more closely. That is to say, binding force between the reinforcement component and the gasket may be increased. In this way, the gasket may not easily detach from the reinforcement component.

Even after subjecting to three-dimensional processing, such as vacuum molding, the decorative sheet suffers no warpage, and can be easily released from a mold for the three-dimensional processing, and even when the decorative sheet is set in a mold for injection molding, the decorative sheet does not fall off from the mold, a resin injected does not permeate a gap between the outer surface of the decorative sheet and the mold, and the decorative sheet suffers no peeling between the sheets constituting the decorative sheet.

摘要： An information handling system housing is manufactured from a laminate material having a stainless steel exterior and magnesium interior that are encapsulated with injection molding. A thin sheet of stainless steel is formed to have a lip that meets against the magnesium and is secured in place with injection molding material. In one embodiment, an injection molding tool holds the laminate material in place to encapsulate the perimeter of the material with injection molding material and also activates an adhesive that holds the laminate material together, such as by applying pressure and heat to the laminate material.

摘要： A thin metal casing with plastic parts and a manufacturing method thereof are revealed. A thin metal casing already formed having on one surface processed and coated with a decorative outer layer is provided. A thermoplastic rubber (TPR) adhesive layer is disposed on an unprocessed surface of the thin metal casing. The TPR adhesive layer is synthesized by butadiene-styrene block copolymer and hydrocarbon petroleum resin. Then the thin metal casing with the TPR adhesive layer is set and fixed in a cavity of an injection molding mold. Next plastic parts are formed on the TPR adhesive layer of the thin metal casing by plastic injection molding. The plastic parts are melted and connected to the TPR adhesive layer integrally by pressure and temperature of injection material. Simultaneously a part of the TPR adhesive layer is infiltrated into existing micro concave holes on surface of the thin metal casing.
