    • Provided is a construction panel assembly, which is applicable to a detachable method capable of assembling and disassembling a ceiling, a wall or a floor material which partitions spaces of various kinds of buildings. Also, the construction panel assembly allows materials to be reused, so that the generation of construction waste may be minimized. The construction panel assembly includes: a main frame disposed in a mutually opposed arrangement on a wall surface at a predetermined position determined according to design specifications; an auxiliary frame inserted into the main frame to define a structure; a flat panel mounted on the structure to partition a space; and a finishing member for shielding a connection portion of the main frame and the auxiliary frame. Since the construction panel assembly may be constructed by using a main frame and an auxiliary frame, which define a structure, such that a panel formed of a material such as plate glass, a gypsum board, plywood and steel may be freely attached and detached, the materials may be reused and accordingly, the generation of the construction waste may also be minimized unlike typical techniques.

    • An improved mounting for attaching a facing material to a wall. The wall comprises a plurality of interlocking foam blocks with each of the plurality of interlocking foam blocks having an inner and an outer block surface for defining an inner and outer wall surface. Each of the plurality of interlocking foam blocks has a vertical aperture being filled with a curable material. A plurality of grooves are defined in the one of the inner and outer block surface of each of the plurality of interlocking blocks. The plurality of grooves are aligned with the plurality of grooves in an adjacent layer for providing a plurality of continuous wall grooves. A plurality of mounting strips are insertable within the plurality of continuous wall grooves. Fastening devices fix the plurality of mounting strip within the plurality of continuous wall grooves to provide a mounting for attaching the facing material to the wall.

    • A device is disclosed for setting and securing a threaded member that is to be fixed with casting material in a recess or hole in laminar composite board-like members, such as those of honeycomb construction. The threaded member is of the type having a flange-like head to be located closely adjacent the plane of the outer skin of the composite material, and having a female threaded body extending into the recess with clearance, such that casting material injected into the clearance around the body will harden to secure the threaded member in the recess. The flange-like head has charging and venting openings for the injection. The setting device comprises a plate-like body formed with corresponding charging and venting openings, but of larger diameter than the recess opening, such that the device can be intimately applied with its underside against the flange-like head of the threaded member. A cylindrical projection from the center of the underside of the plate-like body extends into the threaded bore of the threaded member, where it is detachably held by friction. The plate-like body has an upstanding collar on its upper side that surrounds the charging and venting openings to catch any overflow of casting material, and the collar is formed with flattened portions for application of a wrench, such that after hardening of the casting material, the setting device is rotatable by a wrench to shear the casting material between the setting device and the threaded member, after which the setting device is removed.
