The rotary plate is fixed to the rotational operation member and formed with conductive materials and comprises a plurality of detection units. The substrate is arranged between the rotational operation member and rotary plate. A first detection electrode group is formed on a surface of the substrate facing the rotational operation member. A second detection electrode group is formed on a surface of the substrate facing the rotary plate. The detection unit detects a touch operation for the rotational operation member by an output of the first detection electrode group and a rotation operation for the rotational operation member by an output of the second detection electrode group.

    • An optical signal control system is provided to have advantages in designing a device where an external synchronous signal and an inner synchronous signal are processed.
