    • PURPOSE: An emergency starting device for a battery-discharged vehicle is provided to drive a hydraulic pump by repetitive manipulation of a clutch pedal when vehicle battery is discharged start the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An emergency starting device for a battery-discharged vehicle includes a rotary switch(14), a path conversion valve(12), a hydraulic pump(18), a starting-generating unit, and a return unit. The rotary switch carries out the path conversion switching for forcible starting of a vehicle when a battery of the vehicle is discharged. The path conversion valve converts an oil path from a clutch master cylinder by the switching of the rotary switch. The hydraulic pump inhales the oil according to an oil pressure generated by the clutch master cylinder in response to the manipulation of a clutch pedal and strongly discharges the oil according to the oil path conversion. The starting-generating unit is coupled with a flywheel of an engine to generate power to start the vehicle according to the discharge pressure of oil. The return unit senses the vehicle starting state to return the switching position of the rotary switch.

    • PURPOSE: An EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve integrated bypass valve is provided to efficiently reduce the nitric oxide by cooling exhaustion gas flowing into a EGR cooler. CONSTITUTION: An EGR valve integrated bypass valve includes an inhalation hole, a first exhaust pipe, a second exhaust pipe, a gas transfer furnace, an EGR valve mounting unit, an EGR valve(120), and a flap. The inhalation hole is formed in one side of a valve housing(110). The first exhaust pipe is formed in the other side of the valve housing and is connected to a cooling channel of the EGR cooler. The second exhaust pipe is contiguous to the first exhaust pipe and is connected to the bypass channel of the EGR cooler. The gas transfer furnace is formed inside the valve housing. The EGR valve is combined through the EGR valve mounting unit. A part of the EGR valve is located in the inhalation hole of the gas transfer furnace and inhales or secludes the exhaust gas. The flap is installed in a branch point and selectively switches the first and the second exhaust pipe.
