    • PURPOSE: A cooling device of a cooling module for a vehicle is provided to enable a vehicle to stably operate at uniform or high speed by optimizing an engine by enhancing cooling performance of the condenser and radiator of a cooling module in high load operation. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device of a cooling module for a vehicle comprises a cooling unit(10). The cooling unit sprays refrigerant to a cooling module by a spraying unit(12) interposed between a condenser(114) and a radiator(115) in high load operation to enhance cooling performance. The cooling unit comprises a tank(14) and a connecting pipe, wherein refrigerant is filled in the tank and the connecting pipe connects the tank to the spraying unit. The connecting pipe comprises a pump(15) to spray refrigerant from the tank through the spraying unit.

    • PURPOSE: A car radiator is provided to be equipped with a heat transfer member and a heat pipe loop, and to be provided with a radiator of the heat pipe loop which is arranged on an airflow path, thereby obtaining a high heat radiating effect. CONSTITUTION: A car radiator includes a heat transfer member(10) and a heat pipe loop(20). The heat transfer member is arranged adjacent to a power engine(5) to absorb heat which is generated from the power engine, and to transfer the absorbed heat. The heat pipe loop is formed with a thin tube form into which a working fluid is injected; and comprises a heat absorption unit which is connected to the heat transfer member for heat transfer, and to a heat radiating unit. The heat radiating unit of the heat pipe loop is arranged on an airflow path which is formed when a car(1) runs.

    • PURPOSE: A heat storing device of vehicle is provided to efficiently heat coolant by using the heat energy stored in a phase change material in a case of the low temperature of coolant. CONSTITUTION: A heat storing device of vehicle includes an insulation container(103), coolant passages(150,160), a heat exchanger(102), phase change materials(101), a phase change temperature sensor(120c), a pressure sensor(130a), an engine coolant temperature sensor(120d), and controlling parts(140a,140b). The coolant passages are passed through the passage inlet and outlet of insulation container, the one end of which is connected to the coolant outlet of engine, and the other end of which is connected to the coolant inlet of engine. The heat exchanger consists of cooling pin, which is formed on the coolant passage, inside the insulating container. The phase change material is filled in the insulating container, and exchanges heat through the coolant, which flows in the coolant passage, and the cooling pin. The pressure sensor senses the temperature of insulating container inside. The control part circulates the coolant through the coolant passage according to the condition of engine and the temperature of coolant, such that the coolant and the phase change material exchange the heat each other.

The heat dissipation fin cooling device allows low temperature pipes, which interconnect an expansive valve with the evaporator and interconnect the evaporator with a compressor, to pass through heat dissipation fins(11), so that the heat dissipation fin cooling device exchanges heat with the electronic control unit.
