The central part of the body is hollow and its inner circumferential surface is formed to slope toward one side. The cap is fixed to the head of the body. The expanded opening is formed to be expanded to the outside of the body through a pressing process. A first protrusion is formed along the outer circumferential surface of the head of the body. A second protrusion is formed along the inner circumferential surface of the end of the cap to be able to be coupled to the first protrusion. An annular groove is formed between the expanded opening and the flange part.

The frame support portion, which is supported by an opposite side of the bush in the sub-frame, includes an internal space into which the bush is inserted. The fastening bolt sequentially couples the bush support portion and the frame support portion.

The stopper is separated from the vehicle body by operation of the first electromagnet. The second electromagnet is installed at an outer surface of an upper end of the sub frame. The stopper separation state maintaining unit is placed at side surface of the stopper, and moves inside and outside of the sub frame by the second electromagnet.
