    • PURPOSE: A pulse plasma reactor is provided to increase processing efficiency of nitrogen dioxide by offering an environment for nitrogen dioxide included in toxic gas to react with ammonia. CONSTITUTION: A pulse plasma reactor consists of a pulse corona discharge unit(10) generating a large amount of radical such as O, OH and HO2 by generating pulse corona discharge, a hydroplaning unit forming a hydroplane on a precipitator of the pulse corona discharge unit, a cleansing solution tank(30) storing cleansing solution used for the hydroplaning unit, a cleansing solution circulation unit(40) supplying cleansing solution in the cleansing solution tank to the hydroplaning unit, a gas supply unit(60) supplying additional gas for processing toxic gas and a heat exchanger(70) to decrease temperature of toxic gas to well react with the additional gas.     • PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating volatile organic compounds is provided to prevent the contamination of air by decomposing plenty of the volatile organic compounds and emitting the decomposed volatile organic compounds to the air. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for eliminating volatile organic compounds includes a water receiving part, a plasma discharging device, a power terminal(130), and a ground terminal(140). A space part is formed in the apparatus using a first partition(171) and a second partition(181). The plasma discharging device is installed to be in connection with the first partition and the second partition. The power terminal electrically connects the applying power of a power supplying part with the plasma discharging device. The ground terminal electrically connects the ground side of the power supplying part and the plasma discharging device. The plasma discharging device includes a conductive tube(230), a ground electrode(220), and a power electrode(210).

    • PURPOSE: Air pollutant treatment equipment and its method by using plasma is provided for eliminating the air pollutant such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, dioxin, etc. contained in exhaust gas generated from an iron-ore sintering plant, thermal power plant, etc. in plasma condition using pulse corona discharge. CONSTITUTION: Air pollutant treatment equipment (100) comprises a direct-current (DC) high-voltage supplier (110) for supplying the DC high-voltage; a pulse high-voltage generator (120) for outputting the DC high-voltage applied from the DC high-voltage supplier (110) by converting to the pulse high-voltage; a step-up transformer for elevating the pulse high-voltage output from the pulse high-voltage generator (120); a magnetic switch (140) for providing a pulse interval of the elevate pulse signal to a responsor after converting to a short interval by the step-up transformer (130); a plasma responsor (150) for generating corona discharge in a case of applying the pulse high-voltage from the magnetic switch (140) to a discharge pole; and a discharge circuit section (160) for discharging the full-charged high-voltage to the plasma responsor (150) after corona discharging.
