    • A method of calculating a nuclear yield using an image of a nuclear explosion mushroom cloud according to the present invention applies FOV (field of view) formula to a stabilized mushroom cloud image photographed by an observer to calculate a real size (L) of the image. The nuclear yield (kt) is calculated from a nuclear yield nomogram expressed based on an inverse function using a value written in reference documents written based on real experiment measuring values, so that the nuclear yield may be exactly obtained. Specifically, data of the exactly calculated nuclear yield is applied to nuclear explosion damage prediction modeling, so that accuracy of the prediction about radioactive fallout inflicted to a far distance for a long time may be improved. By applying a technique of modeling a prediction about nuclear explosion damage to a weather model, it is possible to achieve a global model prediction for setting a private preparation plan for an effect of a nuclear yield. In addition, by applying the method according to the present invention to a smart phone installing program widely used in real life, it is possible to easily obtain nuclear yield calculation information and rapidly transfer damage prediction information.

The first rotary disc is rotatably installed on the top of the base frame by a rotary shaft. The second rotary disc is separated from the first rotary disc while facing each other. The gas cylinder support plates are radially installed at a predetermined interval between the first and second rotary discs. The fixing bands are arranged between the gas cylinder support plates.
