A contention resolution block(140) arranges channels being output from the switching block in a time sequence. A wavelength division multiplexing block(150) collects the channels per destination and outputs a multiplexed optical signal. And a control block outputs the control signal to the switching part and the crash adjustment part.

    • PURPOSE: A packet transmission/reception method of a network system adopting a WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing) is provided to prepare a separate flow capable of prohibiting a collision between packets and so unify the transmission/reception procedure of the packet between nodes as a synchronization system. CONSTITUTION: A network system(200) of a WDM method includes channels(40) arranged with a ring shape. Nodes(50) form a series of networking relation through the channels(40). A plurality of mini-slots(4) are flowed to the respective channels(40) in order to convey the packet. The nodes(50) can reserve fixed reception channels, for example, a node 0(51) can reserve a channel(3) as a fixed reception channel and a node 1(52) can reserve a channel(1) as a fixed reception channel and a node(53) can reserve a channel(2) as a fixed reception channel. At the respective nodes(50), a wave tunable transmitter(61), a wave tunable receiver(63), a wave fixed receiver(62), a queue(65), and a priority queue(64) are arranged uniformly.
