    • According to the present invention, a piezo actuator includes: a piezo which expands or contracts by voltages applied thereto; an electric power connection device connected with the piezo; a vibration plate on which the piezo is attached thereon and which generates vibrations by bending movements resulted from expansion and contraction of the piezo; a weight connected to the vibration plate to amplify vibrations generated by the vibration plate; a case which is arranged to face the bracket to cover at least a portion of the piezo, the vibration plate, and the weight; and a damping member which is located between the vibration plate and the case and have buffering properties.

    • PURPOSE: A control method of a piezoelectric motor and a piezoelectric motor thereof are provided to control noises which are generated when driving a piezoelectric motor by controlling an interval between the pulse sequences of a driving part. CONSTITUTION: A controller(110) generates a first pulse signal for driving a piezoelectric motor. The controller generates the first pulse signal which has an interval which becomes narrower from a period where the operation of a driving part starts. The controller generates a first pulse signal which has an interval between pulse sequences from a period where the operation of a driving part is completed. A signal converter(120) generates at least two second pulse signals which have dissimilar phases. The driving part(130) generates driving force with the second pulse signal.
