    • The present invention relates to a driving method of an X-ray detector having an X-ray detection switch, a light extraction capacitor, a light extraction element arranged on an X-ray extraction pixel, and a plurality of gate lines and data lines defining X-ray extraction pixel in matrix arranged along a first and second direction crossed to each other. The driving method comprises the following steps: (a) a current is produced in the light extraction element by visible rays converted from X-ray; (b) the light extraction element and light extraction capacitor send an electric current for two or more gate lines by the X-ray extraction switch for the two or more gate lines; (c) and image signals are outputted from voltage charged in the light extraction capacitor in each gate line. By using the present invention, an image shading phenomenon caused by time difference in reading in each gate line can be prevented, so that an accurate X-ray image of an object can be secured.
