    • 본발명은밸브시트의구조개선을통해기밀성을향상시킴과동시에유량을제어하는디스크와밸브샤프트의결합구조를개선하여디스크나밸브샤프트의손상이나변형을방지하여내구성과품질을향상시킬수 있게한 버터플라이밸브및 그버터플라이밸브의디스크와밸브샤프트의결합방법에관한것이다. 본발명의버터플라이밸브는유체가흐르는유체통로(101)를형성한밸브보디(100)와; 상기밸브보디의유체통로내부에설치되어기밀성을유지하는밸브시트(200)와; 상기밸브시트를고정하는시트고정링(300)과; 유동방지면(401)을형성하여상기밸브보디에서회전가능케설치되는밸스샤프트(400)와; 상기유동방지면에밀착되는유동방지구(503)를구비하여상기밸스샤프트와결합하여상기유체통로를개폐하는디스크(500)와; 상기디스크후면에설치되어상기밸브시트와접하여기밀성을유지하는상기디스크시트(600)를포함하여구성한다. 본발명에따르면, 디스크나밸브샤프트의변형이나손상을방지함으로써원활한작동성과우수한내구성을보장할수 있을뿐만아니라, 밸브시트와디스크시트의구조개선을통해기밀성을향상시켜유체가누설되는것을차단함과동시에정밀한제어가가능하도록하여품질과작동신뢰성을향상시킬수 있는효과가있다.

The valve body comprises a flow path and a fixing cavity. The valve plate is fixed and coupled with the shaft inserted through the fixing cavity. The valve plate comprises a planar section(212) processed as flat type on a circumferential surface. The cap closes the outermost of the fixing cavity. The spring is supported between the cap and the sealing member. The spring pressurizes the sealing member. The sealing member is combined in the circumference of the shaft. The sealing member contacts with the planar section of the valve plate in order to prevent the leak of the fluid. The ring shaped hump is formed in the circumference of the shaft.
