      전술한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 프로펠러 샤프트의 내주면에 가류접착되어 고정됨과 더불어, 내부에 소정 용적의 제1중공부를 갖춘 완충재와; 상기 완충재의 내경부에 가류접착되어 고정됨과 더불어, 내부에 유동성의 고비중 물질을 봉입하는 소정 용적의 제2중공부를 갖춘 중량체; 상기 제1중공부와 제2중공부 사이를 연통가능하게 하는 통로 및; 상기 통로를 개폐가능하게 하도록 상기 프로펠러 샤프트의 내주면에 리턴 스프링을 매개로 탄발지지되면서 소정의 밀폐 공간을 형성하는 중공형상의 밸브체를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
