    • The present invention relates to an electricity generation and waste heat recovery system using an internal combustion engine, which is capable of supplying extra heating water and hot water using the internal combustion engine utilized to supply power or emergency power in an apartment complex, a building, and a general structure. Especially, the present invention relates to an electricity generation and waste heat recovery system using an internal combustion engine inducing the compression, the power, and the expansion stroke of a piston. According to the present invention, the temperature of supply water is raised when the outside of the power part of the internal combustion engine is covered with a water tank or a coil so that all of heat from exhaust gas naturally generated from the internal combustion engine and high heat generated from the power part in the power stroke of the internal combustion engine can be recycled as waste heat, wherein the supply water passes through the water tank or the coil. The supply water with the raised temperature flows into an extra hot-water tank, and the temperature of the water in the hot-water tank is raised again by waste heat from the exhaust gas of LPG and LNG as power sources for the operation of the internal combustion engine. The water, which is in the hot-water tank and has the raised temperature, can be utilized as the heating water or the hot water, thereby providing an efficient method whereby the power is produced and all the waste heats generated when the power is produced are used as heat sources to heat the water.
