    • The present invention relates to a road repairing panel and a road repairing method using the same and, more specifically, a road repairing panel which is provided to repair only a damaged part when a part of an asphalt concrete pavement or of a cement concrete pavement is damaged, and a road repairing method using the same. The road repairing panel is molded in advance at the fixed thickness and size, formed to have the same surface materials and properties as those of a road being repaired, and used to simply repair the road. The road repairing method according to the present invention is provided to form a repairing space by removing a damaged part of a road surface, to trim a road repairing panel to fit the repairing space, and to insert the trimmed road repairing panel into the repairing space, thereby quickly repairing the damaged part of a road. The present invention provides the road repairing panel having the same size and material as a road surface being repaired and comprising a body molded into a fixed size, and the road repairing method comprising: a step for removing a damaged part of the road surface and forming a repairing space; a step for trimming the road repairing panel, which is molded with the same size and material as those of the road surface being repaired, to fit a damaged part; a step for coating the upper part of a base layer inside the repairing space with an adhesive; and a step for inserting the trimmed panel into the repairing space and for pressurizing the upper part of the panel to be integrally attached to the base layer.

The present invention can improve durability by preventing secondary damages after a repair work and prevent concrete wastes from being generated.

    • The present invention relates to a device for repairing the damaged portions of a road surface, which is composed of a vehicle mounting part (100) installed on a front frame of a vehicle; a hopper (200) which is fixed to the front surface of the vehicle mounting part and stores asphalt concrete therein; a conveyor part (300) which is connected to the bottom end of one side of the hopper and spreads the asphalt concrete supplied from the hopper to the damaged portions of the road surface; a hardener jetting part (400) which is connected to one side of the conveyor part and jets a hardener for promoting the hardening of the asphalt concrete; an air clean part (410) which is connected to the other side of the conveyor part and cleans the damaged portions of the road surface; and a compactor (500) which is connected to both sides of the vehicle mounting part through arms and compacts the asphalt concrete spread on the damaged portions of the road surface. When the damaged portions of the road surface are repaired, the device improves the reliability of a repair work and minimizes the waste of the asphalt concrete by enabling a worker riding in a maintenance vehicle having the asphalt concrete to accurately distinguish the damaged portions of the road surface and accurately spread the asphalt concrete to the damaged portions of the road surface and improves the safety of the worker because the worker is not required to get off the maintenance vehicle.

    • PURPOSE: A grouting method for subsidized road and weak soil foundation is provided to minimize the risk of resubsidence of road by injecting grout milk between a soil layer and a lean concrete layer and between the lean concrete layer and a main concrete pavement layer. CONSTITUTION: A grouting method for subsidized road and weak soil foundation is as follows. A plurality of injection grooves for injection of grout milk and a plurality of confirmation grooves for confirming the injection of grout milk are bored in subsidized road or weak soil foundation to a soil layer(S100). An injection device is inserted and fixed in the injection grooves(S200). Water is injected into the injection device to confirm the size of an air gap and grout milk to be injected is prepared(S300). A feed hose is connected to the injection device to individually inject the grout milk(S400). A backflow prevention valve is closed to prevent backflow(S500). After 3-24 hours, grout milk is injected into an air gap between the concrete layer and a main concrete pavement layer(S600). A valve of the injection device is closed to prevent the backflow of grout milk(S700). The grout milk injected is solidified(S800). The injection device is removed from the injection groove(S900). It is determined whether the main concrete pavement layer is raised by the grout milk injection(S1000).
