    • PURPOSE: A water-permeable elastic floor material is provided to discharge water or vapor to the outside the floor material through air grooves and penetration path formed on the floor material. CONSTITUTION: A water-permeable elastic floor material comprises a lower support elastic layer(11), an upper elastic layer(12), air grooves, lower protrusions(14), and penetration paths(15). The lower support elastic layer is formed on the top of a foundation layer(2). The upper elastic layer is formed on the top of the lower support elastic layer. The air grooves are consecutively formed on the bottom surface of the lower support elastic layer at uniform intervals. The lower protrusions surround the air grooves. The penetration paths are formed from the tops of the air grooves to the top of the upper elastic layer.

    • PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly elastic pavement material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to continuously generate anions and far-infrared rays even under severe environment, such as high-temperature, snow, and rain. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmentally-friendly elastic pavement material is as follows. A mixture is prepared by adding 10-25 weight% of loess and 5-15 weight% of illite to 100 weight% of epoxy pre-polymer having amine groups. A polyurea binder resin is prepared by adding 50-100 weight% of aliphatic isocyanate compound to the mixture. The elastic pavement material is prepared by mixing one or more elastic bodies selected from EPDM, rubber latex, loess chips, and polyurethane chips with the polyurea binder resin.
