    • The present invention is developed to solve the limitations of conventional art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a carbonization system for food wastes in which food wastes are effectively manufactured into carbonized materials having pellet shapes through a series of continuous processes using a single system. The object of the present invention may be achieved by the carbonization system for the food wastes, the carbonization system including: a fireproof structure (100) disposed at the outside of a heat-insulating plate (110); a food wastes processing part (200) including a food supply hopper (250) for supplying food wastes to a front side of a pair of screw crushes (210, 220) horizontally pulverizing/transferring the food wastes into an upper portion of the fireproof structure (100); a waste-wood pulverizing part (300) including a waste-wood supply hopper (310) including a pulverizing unit (320) and disposed at a rear side of the pair of screw crushes (210, 220) to supply a waste-wood; a carbonization processing part (400) including multi-stepped variation sliders (410) and a plurality of gas burners (450) within the fireproof structure (100) in a vertical direction of the waste-wood pulverizing part (300); and a carbide pulverizing/transferring part (500) including a pair of screw crushes (510, 520) disposed at a lower end of the carbonization processing part (400) to pulverize/transfer a carbide processed in the carbonization processing part (400) while transferring and discharging the carbide in a direction opposite to that of the food-waste processing part (200); and a pellet forming part (600) compressing the carbide transferred from the carbide pulverizing/transferring part (500) to form the carbide in pellet having a predetermined size.

    • The present invention relates to a torrefaction device for biomass which comprises: a supply part for supplying biomass materials; a torrefaction treating part with an agitation part which is equipped with a torrefaction space containing an inlet hole connected to the supply part and an outlet hole separated from the inlet hole and porous screen prepared in the lower part of the torrefaction space, agitates the supplied biomass supplied to the torrefaction space, and transports the biomass to the side of the outlet hole; a heater prepared in the lower region of the porous screen; a heating part having a heat exchanger prepared close to the lower part of the heater; and a blowing part which blows to the torrefaction space via the heating part. Based on the said steps, the torrefaction device for biomass is provided to continuously insert biomass materials, improve the efficiency of heat treatment and safety, and minimize dust generation to simplify the configuration of the device.

    • PURPOSE: A drying and carbonating apparatus is provided to easily decompress the inner part of a reactor by using a decompressing part by discharging high temperature gas from the reactor to the decompressing part after cooling. CONSTITUTION: A drying and carbonating apparatus includes a reactor(10), a vapor supplying member, a decompressing part, a discharging part(30), and a cooling part. Targets are supplied to the reactor. The vapor supplying member supplies over heated vapor into the reactor. The decompressing part is positioned at the external side of the reactor in order to discharge gas form the inner part of the reactor to the outer part of the reactor. The discharging part discharges the gas form the inner part of the reactor to the decompressing part. The cooling part is arranged on the discharging part between the reactor and the decompressing part and cools gas from the reactor to the decompressing part.
