    • A manufacturing method of cokes for iron-refining is provided to improve productivity, to achieve uniform quality, and to reduce production of dust and energy consumption. A manufacturing method of cokes for iron-refining is as follows. Coking coal is put into each coking chamber of a disk rotary furnace(1). As the coking chambers are rotated, the coking coal is subjected to dehydrating, preheating, reacting, aging, and cooling processes through each area which is segmented into a preheating zone of the room temperature~250°C, a reaction zone(P) of 200~650°C, an aging zone(S) of 600~1,200°C, and a cooling zone(L) of 200°C or below. The preheating zone, the reaction zone, the aging zone, and the cooling zone are designated and a thermometer is arranged. The rotation speed of a coking device of the rotary furnace is controlled based on the comparison between a set temperature and a measured temperature.

    • A continuous pyrolyzing process for waste rubber or plastics and its equipment, which is a key technology to produce oil product from waste rubber or plastics. In the present invention, the safety risk from the oxygen entering the cracker is avoided by isolating air or oxygen from the inlet or outlet of the cracker, so the industrialized production with continuous feeding is realized. In the invention, the oil yield can be raised to 45%-48% from present 19%, the equipment loss and the production cost can be reduced, the safety precaution is improved, and continuous production with high efficiency is truly realized.
