    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of molded solid fuel using anthracite and the molded solid fuel thereby are provided to prevent damages of the solid fuel by mixing cement and clay as additives in the fuel without using starch and molasse. CONSTITUTION: A molded solid fuel comprises a compound in which cement 7~12 parts by weight, Petro-cokes 12 ~ 30 parts by weight, and an igniting agent 0.0001~1.5 parts by weight are mixed based on anthracite 100 parts by weight.     • PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing fuel oil mixed with nano-bubble water and a method thereof are provided to preserve the micro-nano-bubble water and to offer a long preservation period of the fuel oil by stabilizing the nano-bubble water. CONSTITUTION: A micro-bubble generator(B) is connected with a bubble water inlet pipe(1), a gaseous oxygen inlet pipe(A), and a conveying pipe. The conveying pipe is connected to a discharge device(5). An emulsifier stirring device(E) is formed with a pressure pump and a mixed pipe. The emulsifier stirring device connects an emulsifier supply pipe(12) and an emulsifier outlet(13). A mixing chamber and a storing chamber are formed on either side of a control tank. A contraction device(6) is built on the bottom of the mixing chamber. A fuel oil outlet(14), the emulsifier outlet, and a stirring device(7) are equipped successively.
