摘要:
PURPOSE: An inorganic hardening agent added to concrete is provided to decrease elution amount of harmful elements in cement solidification, prevent steel corrosion, and increase strength of concrete structures. CONSTITUTION: The concrete hardener composition comprises 5-15wt.% of sodium carbonate, 2-8wt.% of potassium chloride, 2-6wt.% of ammonium chloride, 0.1-4wt.% of borax and 77-90.9wt.% of water. The surface treatment of concrete comprises the steps of: mixing the composition with cement for concrete structures; coating the surface of concrete structures with a mixture of 40-60wt.% of sodium silicate, 0.05-1.0wt.% of surfactant containing Si or F, and 39.0-59.95wt.% of water; coating an acid such as H2SO4, HNO3 or organic acid on the surface of the coater for forming Si-gel on the surface of concrete structures.

目的:提供添加到混凝土中的无机硬化剂,减少水泥固化中有害成分的洗脱量,防止钢铁腐蚀,提高混凝土结构强度。 构成:混凝土硬化剂组合物包含5-15重量%的碳酸钠,2-8重量%的氯化钾,2-6重量%的氯化铵,0.1-4重量%的硼砂和77-90.9重量%的水 。 混凝土的表面处理包括以下步骤:将组合物与混凝土结构的水泥混合; 用40-60重量%的硅酸钠,0.05-1.0重量%的含Si或F的表面活性剂和39.0-59.95重量%的水的混合物涂覆混凝土结构的表面; 在涂料机的表面上涂覆酸如H 2 SO 4,HNO 3或有机酸,以在混凝土结构的表面上形成硅胶。
