    • A container molding device having biodegradation is provided to inject raw material from a raw material injection member to upper and lower molds, and to discharge a pressed container by transferring the container drawn from a lower mold part through a transfer part. A container molding device having biodegradation comprises a lower mold part, an upper mold part, a raw material storing part, a raw material injection part, a movable container drawing part, and a control part. The lower mold part is fixed to a main frame(70). The upper mold part is connected to the lower mold part and an edge shaft. The raw material injection part includes an injection frame and an injection nozzle. The main frame is formed with a guide frame(71), and the guide frame is joined with a movable frame(80), which is powered by a first driving motor(81), moving back and forth along the lower mold part. The container drawing part includes a carriage part(54). The carriage part is powered by a third driving motor(54a).

    • PURPOSE: A molding device of a balance formed by mixing plastic raw materials with iron powders is provided to mold desired balance molded products by compression-molding mixed materials formed by mixing the plastic materials of 5¯30% and the iron powders of 70¯95% being over 200 mesh with a material heater, a heater heating machine, and a steam pipe, melting the mixed materials in an appropriate temperature, inputting the mixed materials into a mold, and placing the materials inside a molding chamber. CONSTITUTION: A molding device of a balance formed by mixing plastic raw materials with iron powders is composed of a material extruder body(1) connected with a material supplying can(4) at a side, a material heater(2) having a plurality of extrusion holes at the lower side, a hydraulic or pneumatic extrusion cylinder(3) having a plurality of extrusion pins at the upside; a melted material transfer cylinder(6) installed at the lower end of the material heater with having an inlet port(6b), an outlet port(6c), a screw, and a heater(6-1); the screw rotated by a driving motor(5); a mold(7) mounted to the lower part of the outlet port and transferred by a transfer line(7a); a molding chamber(9) installed in the front of the transfer line and a steam pipe(9a) and a coolant pipe(9b) laid in the wall of the molding chamber; and a pressing plate(8a) of a compression molding cylinder(8) installed to the upside of the transfer line.

    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled pot by fermenting live excretion and then mixing bentonite and zeolite is provided. Whereby, the pot containing a large amount of nutrients necessary for growth of plants such as crude protein, crude fiber, crude ash, lignin or the like is used for cultivating plants before transplanting to a field and previously prevents cutting of fine roots during transplanting and stoppage of supplying nutrients. CONSTITUTION: Live excretion is inserted into a solid-liquid separator and then the separated liquid is fermented. The fermented live excretion is ground and mixed with bentonite and zeolite, followed by kneading. The kneaded mixture is molded into the shape of a pot and dried. The pot(80) comprises a water discharge hole(81) arranged at the lower central part thereof to facilitate drainage; and a projection(82) arranged at the upper part on outer peripheral surface of the water discharge hole to improve stiffness of the pot.
