    • PURPOSE: An energy management system structure and a management method of an electric vehicle are provided to control the usage of energy inside a vehicle in order to be suitable to the state of available energy for a vehicle using the information about not only the current state of the battery, but also the charging station enabled to charge. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle energy management system(330) installed in an electric vehicle comprises a mobile communication interface module(331) to communicate through a mobile radio communication network(320) between an electric vehicle charging station management center(310) and an electric vehicle; a charging station information reception module(332) receiving the information about a charging station providing a charge of an electric power; a vehicle battery state information reception module(335) receiving the status information about a battery of an electric vehicle from a managing battery module; an energy control algorithm module(334) producing the control information about the use of an electric power based on the information of the battery status and the battery charging station; a vehicle control system(350) relating to a mechanical exercise of an electric vehicle; a vehicle multimedia system associated to a multimedia device within an electric vehicle; a service management system(370) associated to a service through a mobile radio communication network; and an energy control module(336) which individually produces a control command towards the usage of the power source of the device for being managed respectively.
