    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for supplying powder type synthetic resin are provided to supply predetermined amount of sub-material to an extruder by preventing the sub-material from being molten in the supplying apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A buffer hopper(10) has an inlet at an upper portion thereof and an outlet at a lower portion thereof. An air knocker(13) is installed at a lower portion of the buffer hopper(1). A discharge valve(15) connected to the outlet through a pipe(23) is positioned at the lower portion of the buffer hopper(13). A feeder hopper(2) is connected to the discharge valve(15) through a pipe(22). First and second agitators(18,19) are installed in a discharge chamber(6) of the feeder hopper(2). A feeder(3) is connected to the discharge chamber(6) and has a screw conveyor(17) therein. A measuring feeder(10) is installed at the buffer hopper(1) and the feeder hopper(2) in order to detect the amount of the sub-material. A solenoid device(14) is connected to the air knocker(13) through an air supplying pipe(21). A control device(4) is provided to control the solenoid device(14) and the discharge valve(15).

    • PURPOSE: A profile forming device for repairing a pipeline, a method for forming the profile, and a synthetic resin profile produced by the same are provided to prevent a bottleneck effect because synthetic resin powders are dispersed through a plurality of through-passages when upper and lower valve plates of a second hopper are opened. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a profile for repairing a pipeline is as follows. A plurality of synthetic resin powders is stirred in a stirrer. The stirred synthetic resin powders are delivered to a first hopper(310) of a supply hopper. The synthetic resin powders are delivered to a second hopper(320) being arranged in the lower part of the first hopper by an opening and closing of a first hopper opening and closing unit(311). The synthetic resin powders are delivered to a screw transferring unit by an opening and closing of upper and lower valve plate parts(110,120). The synthetic resin powders are delivered to a reactor and fused. The fused synthetic resin powders are extruded in a mold unit so that the profile of a desired shape is formed. The profile discharged from the mold unit is cooled. A water-swelling water-stop material is stacked at one spot of the cooled profile.
