    • Foamed polyolefin resin beads are provided to ensure excellent antistatic property, antifouling property of packaged material, good attachment between mutual particles, and excellent mechanical properties. Foamed polyolefin resin beads obtained by foaming and expanding composite resin beads include a core layer constituted by a polyolefin resin and a covering layer which covers the core layer constituted by a polyolefin resin, wherein (a) the polyolefin resin constituting the core layer is a crystalline polyolefin resin, (b) the polyolefin resin constituting the covering layer is a crystalline polyolefin resin which has a lower melting point(B) than a melting point(A) of the polyolefin resin constituting the core layer. The temperature difference [(A)-(B)] between the melting point(B) and the melting point(A) is more than 0 deg.C and 80 deg.C or less, or a noncrystalline polyolefin resin which has a softening point(C) lower than the melting point (A) of the polyolefin resin constituting the core layer wherein a temperature difference [(A)-(C)] between the softening point(C) and the melting point(A) is more than 0 deg.C and 100 deg.C or less, and 10% by weight or more and less than 50% by weight of polymer type antistatic agent is contained in the covering layer.

    • 본 발명은 고무시트의 제조에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 실시간으로 정확한 두께 제어를 통해 두께편차가 일정한 고무시트를 제조하는데 있다.
      본 발명에서는 혼련기(10)에서 배합원료를 혼합한 후, 상기 혼합된 배합원료 고무를 한 쌍의 압출롤(21, 22) 사이로 압출한다. 상기 한 쌍의 압출롤(21, 22) 사이로 배합원료 고무를 압출하는 동안, 한 쌍의 압출롤(21, 22) 중 하부압출롤(22)의 아래에 배치된 로드셀(31)에 의해 상기 하부압출롤(22)에 가해지는 중량을 측정한다. 이 측정된 중량값은 변환기(32)를 통해 전기적 신호로 변환되고, 이 전기적 신호를 이용하여 비례미적분 제어기(33)에서 실시간으로 압출롤(21, 22)의 속도를 제어하면서 압출하여 고무시트(S)를 제조한다.
      이러한 방법에 따르면, 압출기 호퍼 내부에 레벨 센서를 부착하여 시트 두께를 제어하는 종래기술과는 달리, 유지 보수가 용이하고, 위험 부담도 적으며, 고장시 경제적인 손실을 줄이면서 원하는 시트의 두께를 일정하게 유지하면서 고무시트(S)를 제조할 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing rubber sheets is provided to keep the thickness of the rubber sheet uniform by controlling the speed of an extruding roll in real time with a proportional derivative integral controller. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing rubber sheets is composed of a mixer(10) for mixing rubber materials, an extruding machine(20) for extruding rubber mixed in the mixer, and a control unit(30) for controlling the extruding speed of the rubber sheet. The control unit includes a load cell(31) disposed under a lower extruding roll(22) in the extruding machine and measuring the weight applied to the lower extruding roll, a transducer(32) for converting a weight value measured by the load cell into an electric signal, a proportional derivative integral controller(33), and a computer(34) for displaying the speed of the extruding roll in real time. The proportional derivative integral controller receives the electric signal from the transducer, and controls the speed of the extruding roll.
