The scraper discharges the residual raw material through an outlet of the rotor.

摘要： PURPOSE: A rotor type material feeder is provided to precisely measure and supply materials even at the vibrating top of a forming machine. CONSTITUTION: A rotor type material feeder comprises a hopper(10), a housing(20), a measuring rotor(30), a drive unit, a sensing unit(42), and a controller. The housing is installed on the lower side of the hopper. The measuring rotor is inserted into a rotor hole(21) of the housing to be axially-connected to both side walls of the housing and formed with one or more rows of measuring cups(32). The drive unit rotates the measuring rotor. The sensing unit checks the RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of the measuring rotor. The controller controls the drive unit according to the set rpm to regulate the discharge quantity of raw materials.
