    • PURPOSE: A layer transfer of films utilizing controlled shear region is provided to improve productivity while reducing system energy consumption by removing an implantation process to form a cleave beginning region together with a peripheral area. CONSTITUTION: In a layer transfer of films utilizing controlled shear region, a surface region(1702) and peripheral area(1704) are formed on a substrate(1700). A cleave region(1706) is under the surface region, and the cleave area is a virtual plane and a layer which is under the surface at a predetermined depth d. A film is cleaved at the cleave area from the substrate, and a part of the peripheral area is associated with a certain pattern area of the surface region. A heat source with energy with a certain level is applied to the surface vertically.

    • PURPOSE: A yarn disposing device of a cylinder is provided to check the deformation of a flange of the cylinder with removing yarns of the cylinder and to grip firmly the cylinder from the introduction to the end by regulating freely the width of a cylinder introducing unit, a yarn removing unit, and a cylinder discharge unit. CONSTITUTION: A yarn disposing device(A) of a cylinder(1) is composed of a cylinder introducing unit(10) having a supply rail(11) to dispose the yarns remaining on the surface of the cylinder; a yarn removing unit(20) having a cutter(21) using the hot wind and a suction port(22) positioned under the cutter and installed with an aspirator; and a cylinder discharge unit(30) having a discharge rail(31) and a yarn waste storage unit. A cylinder guide unit is disposed detachably at the cylinder introduction unit in the longitudinal direction and separated from a wall of the supply rail at a constant distance. The yarn removing unit comprises double-stage cylinder support units arranged detachably at both sides of a cylinder passing unit fixing and guiding the cylinder to regulate the width of the cylinder passing unit according to the supplied cylinder; an auxiliary heater installed adjacently to the hot wind cutter; and a cold wind nozzle(29) arranged adjacently to the cutter to drop down a welded and cut yarn mass. The hot wind cutter has at least two heaters; a sharp end getting narrow toward the lower side; a plurality of two-row zigzag eject holes formed around the end; and side eject holes arranged at both sides of the cutter and inclined obliquely to jet the hot wind to the outside. The cylinder discharge unit has a regulating bar installed detachably at one or both sides of the discharge rail to adjust a discharge gap.
