    • 본발명은제습식적외선건조장치에관한것으로서, 일측에유입구가형성되고타측에유출구가형성되며내부에건조대상물이수용되는건조실과, 상기건조실의외측에설치되고상기유입구와상기유출구를연통하는순환로가형성되는순환실을포함하는본체및 상기건조실의내부일측에설치되고, 상기건조대상물에열원을공급하는열원공급수단및 상기유출구와상기유입구가연통되는상기순환로상에설치되고, 상기유출구를통해상기건조실내부에서배출되는공기를제습하는제습수단및 상기유입구가형성된상기건조실일측에설치되고, 상기제습기를통과하여제습된공기를상기건조실내부로유입시키는송풍수단을포함하여이루어진다. 상기와같은본 발명에의하면, 건조대상물에적외선을직접조사하여건조대상물에복사열을전달하는방식으로인해건조대상물의내부와외부를동시에가열할수 있어건조시간이현저하게단축되고, 이에따라에너지가절감되는효과가있다. 또한, 반사판을이용하여조사되는적외선을건조대상물에최대한많이조사되도록함으로써, 건조효율이보다향상되는효과가있다. 또한, 건조실에서배출되는고온다습한공기를제습하여건조실내부로제습된고온의공기를공급함으로써, 열손실이최소화되어건조효율이보다향상되는효과가있다.

    • The present invention relates to a device for cleanly drying agricultural and marine products, wherein dust or residue of products dried in a drying chamber can be simply cleaned. The drying chamber is integrally formed with a dehumidifying and hot air heating chamber. Hot air is provided to the bottom of the drying chamber so that agricultural products contained in the drying chamber are heated and dried. Then, the hot air is flowed to the top in order to re-perform dehumidifying and heating so that supply and circulation are repeatedly performed. The device of the present invention comprises: a foreign material collecting unit which collects foreign materials by making air heated in the hot air heating chamber ascend towards a ventilation fan through the bottom surface of the drying chamber. The foreign material collecting unit includes a drawer unit which has an air inlet formed on a side surface to introduce heated air and a mounting projection formed on the top to place a screen unit and which can be opened and closed from the outside in a sliding manner; and the screen unit placed on the mounting projection of the drawer unit and having multiple through-holes. Accordingly, agricultural products can be cleanly dried.
