For the forementioned, the fruit fumigation apparatus of the present invention includes: a fumigation facility (170); a sealing door (60); a high-pressure gas tank (500); a vaporizer which heats and vaporizes a fumigant which is supplied from the high-pressure gas tank (500); a fumigation gas supply line (50) which supplies fumigation gas which is vaporized in the vaporizer to the inside of the fumigation facility (170); and an exhaust line (110-1) which discharges fumigation gas which finishes the fumigation to the outside of the fumigation facility (170). The vaporizer includes: a vaporizer main body (600); multiple electric heaters (610) which heat water by being included in the lower part of the vaporizer main body (600); multiple inlet valves (510) for making a fumigant flow into the vaporizer main body (600); an inlet header (520) which integrates the multiple inlet valves (510) and connects the multiple inlet vales to the vaporizer main body (600); a heating pipe (570) which is built in the vaporizer main body (600) and is heated by water of high temperature; an outlet valve (550) which is installed in one side of the vaporizer main body (600) in order to discharge the vaporized fumigation gas; and an outlet header (540) which connects the vaporizer main body (600) with each outlet valve (550).

To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises; a tetragonal fixed structure (170) having a sealed wall body and a roof; a sealing door (60) which is formed on one side of the structure (170); a medicinal fluid tank (10) including a fumigant for sterilizing fresh fruits and vegetables; an evaporator (30) which heats a medicinal fluid supplied from the medicinal fluid tank (10) and vaporizes the medicinal fluid; a fumigation gas supply line (50) which supplies the fumigation gas vaporized in the evaporator (30) to the inner side of the structure (170); an air supply line (90-1) which supplies air to the inner side of the structure (170); and an exhaust line (110-1) which discharges the fumigation gas to the outside of the structure (170). The fumigation device of fresh fruits and vegetables additionally comprises a differential pressure gauge (190) which is formed outside the structure (170) and displays inside and outside pressure difference of the structure (170). A plurality of fumigation gas spraying nozzles (50-1) sprays the fumigation gas to the inside of the structure (170) after forming an inside pressure of the structure (170) with a negative pressure and is formed on the end of the air supply line (90-1). The fumigation gas spraying nozzles (50-1) is formed on one lower side of the structure (170) at each passage between loaded fresh fruits and vegetables boxes (290).
