    • A micro-vibrating device is provided to adjust a natural frequency of a vibrator by electrically controlling a twist spring constant of a beam coupler. A micro-vibrating device includes a vibrator(110), a frame(120), and a coupler(130). The coupler couples the vibrator with the frame and defines a vibration axis for a vibrating movement of the vibrator with respect to the frame. The vibrator includes a main vibrating unit and a spindle unit, which is attached to the main vibrating unit. The spindle unit is moved in a direction crossing the vibration axis. The vibrator includes support base units(113A,113B) and support beams(114A,114B). The support base units are fixed on the main vibrating units. The support beams couple the support base unit with the spindle unit.

    • PURPOSE: An electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable to make a conductive pattern shorter in comparison with a case that a bridge electrode is not existed as signals flowing in the conductive pattern can be leaded to outside. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device(30) comprises a base(31), a beam, a conductive pattern(40), a contact electrode(47), and a bridge electrode(45). A part of a silhouette of the beam is defined by a slit formed in the base so that the beam can be transformed elastically and upwardly. The conductive pattern is installed on the top surface of the beam. The contact electrode is installed in the upper part of the conductive pattern and in contact with the same. The bridge electrode connects the conductive pattern and the base in an outer side of the silhouette. The bridge electrode is formed to be elastically transformed.
