    • PURPOSE: A micro mirror actuator is provided, which can drive a micro mirror accurately with a low driving power by comprising a shielding electrode to prevent static electricity from being generated. CONSTITUTION: The micro mirror actuator includes a substrate(100), a trench formed on the substrate, a pair of supporting posts(115) formed on both sides of the trench and a micro mirror(120) rotatable to reflect or transmit a light signal from a light source. A torsion bar(125) is supported by the supporting posts, and is combined to rotate the micro mirror elastically. And a shielding electrode(130) is arranged by facing a part of the micro mirror when the micro mirror is in a horizontal state.

    • An optical communication switch for a vehicle is provided to decrease an overall volume of an optical communication multiplexer by minimizing a size of a control contact point. A mirror(10) reflects optical signals. An anchor(22) fixes an arbitrary structure. One end of a first control contact point(20A) is fixed by the anchor, while the other end thereof is movable. The first control contact point includes plural wings, which are arranged toward a first side of the first control contact point. One end of a second control contact point(20B) is fixed by the anchor, while the other end thereof is movable. The second control contact point includes plural wings, which are arranged toward a second side of the second control contact point. A driving unit includes wings, which are freely mated with the wings in the first or second control contact point. The driving unit is mated with the wings of the first or second control contact point according to a magnitude of the voltage, which is applied on the first or second control contact point.

A first optical signal detection unit(114) detects an optical signal from the signal which is transmitted by the first mirror(112) or the at least one second mirror(113). A first body(116) has the first mirror(112), the at least one second mirror(113), and the first optical signal detection unit(114). The first body(116) has apertures for the first mirror(112) and the second mirror(113), and provides an optical path from the first mirror(112) or the second mirror(113) to the first optical signal detection unit(114). In the second optical module bock, a third mirror(122) has a wide field of view, and observes an event or an object in a wide observation region. At least one fourth mirror(123) has a longer focus distance than the third mirror(122), and observes the event or object, which is detected by the third mirror(122) with a high resolution. A second optical signal detection unit(124) detects an optical signal from the signal which is transmitted by the third mirror(122) or the at least one fourth mirror(123). A second body(126) has the third mirror(122), the at least one fourth mirror(123), and the second optical signal detection unit(124). The second body(126) has apertures for the third mirror(122) and the fourth mirror(123), and provides an optical path from the third mirror(122) or the fourth mirror(123) to the second optical signal detection unit(124).
