An inner circumference of an annular stator core(18) is faced with the outer circumference of the rotor core. A plurality of insulated components(20) surrounds a plurality of teeth parts of the stator core. A plurality of stator windings(21) is reeled in a plurality of insulated components. An outer circumference of a bus ring(25) is engaged with a plurality of insulated components. A generator cover(23) is attached in a crank case of the engine. An angle sensor senses a rotation angle of the rotor boss. A sensor magnet(10) is installed in one end of the rotor bus. A control driver is attached in the bus ring.

    • A power generation control device is provided to stabilize an engine rotation by preventing increase of a load due to generation in the number of rotations. A generator(1) includes an inner rotor(2) and an outer stator(3). The inner rotor is connected to one end of a crankshaft(5) of four-cycle engine(4). The outer stator has three-phase output winding(6). The three-phase output winding is contacted in an input side of a switching circuit(7). Output side of the switching circuit is contacted in a battery(8) and a load(9). The switching circuit has six FETs(Field Effect Transistor)(71~76). A sensor magnet(11) is installed in the inner rotor. A crank angle sensor(12) is arranged on a boundary surface of the sensor magnet, and has a plurality of hall devices. A detection signal of the hall device is inputted to a FET driver. The FET driver supplies a current (I) to the battery and the load.

CONSTITUTION: A generator(1) also serving as a starter is composed of a stator(50) arranged around a crankshaft(201) and an outer rotor(60) fixed to the crankshaft and having a magnet(62) opposed to the outer periphery of the stator. A crank angle sensor(29) and a pulse sensor(30) integrally housed in a sensor case(28) are arranged on the inner periphery of the stator. A magnet ring(33) is fitted in the outer periphery of a hub(60a) of the rotor. The crank angle sensor and the pulse sensor are integrally arranged and miniaturized, and the sensors are installed on the stator, and since position accuracy of the rotor angle sensor and the stator is improved, angle position detecting accuracy of the rotor is improved.
