The base body is connected to the bottom of the vehicle. The position of the seat frame is adjustable between the foremost position and the rearmost position of the base body. The two rear vibration levers and the two front vibration levers are connected to the base body and the seat frame respectively. The control arm is coupled with the pinion gear of the regulation unit comprising a pinion gear(11). The pinion gear is rotated by an actuating unit and supported by a seat frame side portion(14b). The torsion bar spring is fixed in a seat frame cross arm(15a) and the seat frame without clearance.
