The inner link unit is fixed in a height link(70) connecting a cushion side member(80) and a set bracket(60). The inner link unit comprises a rotation preventing link(100). A slot is formed in a set bracket for moving a portion of the rotation preventing link. A gear part is formed in the inner circumference of a slot for holding one portion of the rotation preventing link. The outer link part comprises a height adjusting unit for adjusting the height of a seat and a rack gear link.
