The tailgate driving part comprises a motor(40), a stopper(50), a latch(60), and a spring(70). The tailgate driving part opens or closes a tailgate according to the on or off of the tailgate locking part.

The lock link is connected between the lock plate and open lever. A slot(32) is formed on one end of the lock plate. The upper end of the lock link is inserted to the slot to be able to lift by an elastic member. The lock plate rotates to the lock release direction of door latch in operation of solenoid under abnormal operation conditions where a push end(20) of the door opening of the handle lever is located between the lock link and the open lever.

On the inner surface of the cylinder, a fluid path groove of the longitudinal direction is formed. The rod is inserted into the one side of the cylinder. The piston is prepared at the end part of the inserted rod. The piston has the cross section which is cut down, so the front-end and the back-end are inclined. In the piston, the pressure of the fluid entering the fluid path groove is gently changed. The cross section of piston is curve in which the top end portion and the bottom end are bent. The cross section of the piston is in an ellipse shape contacted with the inner surface of the cylinder.
