    • Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle having an improved structure with sealability which a contact part of a door stably gets in close contact with an air-conditioning case to be supported without any shake when the door comes into contact with the air-conditioning case. The air conditioner for the vehicle includes: an air-conditioning case having an air inflow port formed on an inlet side, an air outflow port formed on an outlet side and an air flow path formed therein; cooling means and heating means respectively mounted on the air flow path of the air-conditioning case; and a door to adjust the degree of opening of the air flow path inside the air-conditioning case or the air outflow port, wherein the door includes: a first door of a plate type mounted in the air-conditioning case to be able to rotate on a first rotary shaft; a second door of a plate type arranged adjacent to the first door mounted in the air-conditioning case to be able to rotate on a second rotary shaft; and a power transferring part which connects the end parts of the first door and the second door which are opposed sides of the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft, and makes the first door pressurize the end part of the second door when the door rotates in one direction to be in contact with the air-conditioning case and makes the second door pressurize the end part of the first door when the door rotates in the other direction to be in contact with the air-conditioning case. Therefore, the air conditioner can minimize an air leak by increasing sealability during operation, enhance air-conditioning performance and remarkably reduce noise by reducing the shake of the door.

    • Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle, which can quickly drain a lot of condensed water generated at a time to a discharge port and prevent generation of bubbles with improved inner shape of an air conditioning case. The air conditioner includes an air conditioning case with an air inlet port at an entry and an air outlet port at an exit; a blower connected to the air inlet port to blow inside air or outside air; an evaporator installed in the air conditioning case; and a condensed water discharge port formed at the lower portion of the evaporator to discharge the condensed water. The air conditioner has a drain acceleration portion which is formed at the bottom surface of the air conditioning case and guides the condensed water moving toward the condensed water discharge port along the bottom surface of the air conditioning case, so that the velocity of the condensed water is increased. Therefore, as the condensed water is quickly discharged by a drain groove and changes in the slope and the shape of the drain groove, the bubbles are not formed, and thus the noise caused by the bubbles is remarkably decreased. Also, the drain performance is improved.
