    • Disclosed is a vehicle air conditioning apparatus. The disclosed vehicle air conditioning apparatus with a simple configuration has a drain pipe structure improved to reduce noise by effectively restraining the generation of bubbles when a large amount of generated condensate water is discharged at once. The vehicle air conditioning apparatus comprises: an air conditioning case of which the inlet has an air inlet and the outlet has an air outlet; a blower connected to the air inlet blowing indoor or outdoor air; an evaporator installed in the air conditioning case; and a drain unit having a condensate water outlet formed on the lower side of the evaporator, wherein the drain unit has a tube reducing part reducing the cross sectional area of the condensate water discharged through the condensate water outlet. Therefore, the flow velocity of the condensate water passing through the condensate water outlet is reduced by resistance in the tube reducing part, such that large amount of condensate water can be prevented from being temporarily discharged, thereby mitigating the noise due to the generation of the bubbles by restraining the generation of the bubbles. In addition, the condensate water, which passed through the tube reducing part, passes through a muffler part, thereby further reducing the noise by a muffler effect.

The air conditioner for the vehicle includes: an air-conditioning case having an air inflow port formed on an inlet side, an air outflow port formed on an outlet side and an air flow path formed therein; cooling means and heating means respectively mounted on the air flow path of the air-conditioning case; and a door to adjust the degree of opening of the air flow path inside the air-conditioning case or the air outflow port, wherein the door includes: a first door of a plate type mounted in the air-conditioning case to be able to rotate on a first rotary shaft; a second door of a plate type arranged adjacent to the first door mounted in the air-conditioning case to be able to rotate on a second rotary shaft; and a power transferring part which connects the end parts of the first door and the second door which are opposed sides of the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft, and makes the first door pressurize the end part of the second door when the door rotates in one direction to be in contact with the air-conditioning case and makes the second door pressurize the end part of the first door when the door rotates in the other direction to be in contact with the air-conditioning case. Therefore, the air conditioner can minimize an air leak by increasing sealability during operation, enhance air-conditioning performance and remarkably reduce noise by reducing the shake of the door.

The air conditioner for the vehicle which includes: an air-conditioning case having an air inflow port formed on an inlet side, an air outflow port formed on an outlet side and an air flow path formed therein; cooling means and heating means respectively mounted on the air flow path of the air-conditioning case; and a door to adjust the degree of opening of the air flow path inside the air-conditioning case or the air outflow port comprises: an arm connected to a rotary shaft of the door; and a lever connected with the arm to rotate the arm to the center of the rotary shaft in accordance to the rotation of a driving shaft wherein the lever has a plurality of slots, and the arm has a plurality of arm pins connected and guided to the slots to correspond to the slots. Therefore, because one arm has two arm pins and one lever has two slots such that the two arm pins come in contact with the two slots, the air conditioner for the vehicle can prevent the generation of noise by the gap between the slots and the arm pins, accurately set an operation position of the door, and enhance the accuracy of the position during operation of the door when a user sets a temperature.

The air conditioner has a drain acceleration portion which is formed at the bottom surface of the air conditioning case and guides the condensed water moving toward the condensed water discharge port along the bottom surface of the air conditioning case, so that the velocity of the condensed water is increased. Therefore, as the condensed water is quickly discharged by a drain groove and changes in the slope and the shape of the drain groove, the bubbles are not formed, and thus the noise caused by the bubbles is remarkably decreased. Also, the drain performance is improved.
