    • 본 발명은 금속소재의 연속적인 신선가공과 전단가공을 위한 전단신선장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은 프레임, 다이스와 피드롤로 구성되어 있다. 다이스는 프레임에 설치되어 있으며, 일측에 금속소재의 공급을 위한 입구가 형성되어 있고, 타측에 금속소재의 배출을 위한 출구가 형성되어 있으며, 금속소재의 전단신선가공을 위하여 입구와 출구를 연결하는 채널을 갖는다. 채널은 입구에서 출구를 향하여 단면적이 감소되는 구간을 갖는다. 피드롤은 입구에 근접되도록 설치되어 있으며, 금속소재를 구름운동에 의하여 입구에 공급한다. 채널은 교차각을 가지며, 다이스는 교차각을 기준으로 내부각과 만곡각을 가지고, 교차각은 120~150°로 이루어진다. 본 발명에 의하면, 피드롤에 의하여 다이스의 입구측에서 금속소재에 압축응력을 부여함으로써, 금속소재의 연속적인 신선가공과 전단가공이 가능하면서도 금속소재의 강도를 증가시키고, 금속소재의 단선을 방지하여 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 금속소재의 유동성을 향상시킬 수 있으므로, 다단공정에 의하여 금속소재의 전단신선공정을 실시할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A shear drawing apparatus is provided to continuously draw and shear a metal material and improve the strength of the metal material by applying compressive stress to the metal material at the entrance of dies through feed rolls. CONSTITUTION: A shear drawing apparatus comprises a frame, dies(30), and feed rolls(42,44). The dies are installed on the frame and includes an entrance(32), an exit(34), and a channel. A metal material(2) is supplied and discharged through the entrance and the exit of the dies. The channel connects the entrance and exit for shear drawing of the metal material. The sectional area of a predetermined region of the channel is reduced from the entrance to the exit. The feed rolls are installed adjacent to the entrance and supply metal materials to the entrance through rolling motion thereof.
