    • PURPOSE: A rolling method of carbon steels is provided to improve rigidity and toughness of the carbon steels and to manufacture the carbon steels in which Charpy impact energy is over 38 J in room temperature. CONSTITUTION: Carbon steels of a martensitic phase is comprised by tempering the carbon steels of an austenite phase. The carbon steels of the martensitic phase is tempered. The carbon steels of the tempered martensitic phase is hot rolled. The carbon steels of the austenite phase is rolled at over A1 transformation temperature. The rolled carbon steels are tempered so that the carbon steels of the martensitic phase is obtained.
