    • PURPOSE: A nonlinear solar cell module is provided to reduce a reduction amount of electric power production due to the shade by forming a photoelectric cell of a helix shape on a whole region of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of photoelectric cells(120) is serially connected to a substrate(102). The photoelectric cell includes a first electrode(121) on the substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer(130) on the first electrode, and a second electrode(122) on the photoelectric conversion layer. The photoelectric cell is nonlinearly formed, and has a wave shape or a serpentine shape. The photoelectric conversion layer has a PN junction structure or a PIN junction structure. The photoelectric cells occupy the same dimension on the substrate.

    • PURPOSE: An optical connector module is provided, which is profitable from the viewpoint of a miniaturization and a productivity by simplifying a structure and an assembly process. CONSTITUTION: The optical connector module comprises a body(100) having a connection groove(100a) in its front, an adapter(200) supporting a front end of an optical fiber(1) and being combined to the connection groove, and a sub mount(11) installed inside the connection groove and having a light receiving/emitting device(111,112) and a lead pattern(113). One end of the plurality of the lead pattern formed on the sub mount is connected to the light receiving/emitting device by a bonding, and another end connects the light receiving/emitting device and a substrate electrically if a bottom of the sub mount is combined to the substrate. The adapter supports the front end of the optical fiber and is inserted into the connection groove. And if the adapter is inserted into the connection groove, the front end of the fiber faces with the light receiving/emitting device respectively. And a plastic barrier rib(100b) is formed between an optical device(1) and the adapter.
