    • PURPOSE: A high power tunable capacitor is provided to improve power performance by stacking a plurality of switch transistors, and can be used in a high power application field. CONSTITUTION: A tunable capacitor comprises the first capacitors(C1,102), the second capacitors(C2,104) and the 3rd capacitors(C3,106). The second capacitor consists of discrete capacitors serially or in parallel connected to one another. The tunable capacitor can include one or more switch transistor(107) having a plurality of terminals. The gate terminal of the transistor can be connected through a bias resistor(112) to a direct current bias source. The drain of the transistor can be connected through a bias transistor(108) to the direct current bias source. The source of the transistor can be connected through a bias resistor(114) to the direct current bias source. A body terminal can be connected through a bias resistor(110) to the direct current bias source.
