    • PURPOSE: A systems for switching mode power amplifier control is provided to control the output power by supporting the operation of the power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The drive amplifier(102) receives a message the input signal. The input signal is amplified. Circuit receives a message the power control signal. The first control bias signal for adjusting the operation of the drive amplifier is generated. The power amplifier(104) receives a message the amplified input signal. The amplified input signal is amplified and the output signal is generated. The feedback loop receives a message the power control signal. The second control bias signal for controlling the power amplifier is generated. The feedback loop comprises the detection block and comparator. The detection block detects the first parameter related to the output signal of the power amplifier. Comparator compares the received power control signal with the detected variance of the detected parameter or the first parameter the first compensation signal related to the second control bias signal is generated.

    • A chaotic pulse generator for an ultra wideband communication system is provided to reduce chip size in comparison with an existing LC type, to lower the unit price of products, and to increase the yield of chips by using an inverter-type amplifier. A chaotic pulse generator for an ultra wideband communication system comprises the first signal generation part(110), the second signal generation part(120), a mixer(200), and a filter(300). The first signal generation part(110) creates the first signal consisting of the first fundamental wave and plural harmonic frequencies for the first fundamental wave. The second signal generation part(120) creates the second signal consisting of the second fundamental wave and a plurality of harmonic frequencies for the second fundamental wave. The mixer(200) mixes the first signal with the second signal, creates a composite frequency and a difference frequency, and generates a chaotic signal containing the composite frequency, the difference frequency, and the harmonic frequencies of the first and second signals. The filter(300) passes only a preset band signal among the generated chaotic signal.

    • A data transmitter and a data transceiving apparatus using a saw filter are provided to generate two or more up/down chirp signals having nonlinear frequency shift properties which can mutually classify transmission and allot the up/down chirp signals by the binary information of a predetermined bit, and select and transmit a corresponding chirp signal among the two or more up/down chirp signals according to transmission data, thereby making the design of a low-power communication device possible. A pulse generator(51) outputs a pulse signal at regular intervals. A switch(52) has an input terminal, into which the pulse signal of the pulse generator(51) is inputted, and plural output terminals which are selectively connected to the input terminal and selectively outputs the pulse signal, outputted from the pulse generator(51), to one of the plural output terminals. A saw filter array(53) is individually connected to the plural output terminals of the switch(52) and comprises plural saw filters which chirp-modulate the inputted pulse signal and output chirp signals having nonlinear frequency shift properties which can be mutually classified. A controller(54) controls the switch(52) so that the chirp signal corresponding to transmission data can be outputted if data of a predetermined bit and plural chirp signals are set to be one-to-one correspondence and the transmitting data is inputted.
