摘要： PURPOSE: A rod support device of an external fixing apparatus is provided to simplify the structure and the installation of the support device and enable to connect a support bar at different angles by connecting the both ends of support bars to universal joints. CONSTITUTION: In an external fixing apparatus that a rod(24) is installed to a ring(20) surrounding the bone in a longitudinal direction of the bone by interposing a ring connecter and the rod is provided with a plurality of pin clamps coupled with pins to be fixed into the bone, the rod support device consists of an auxiliary clamp(30) coupled to the lower end of the rod, and support bars(46) connecting the auxiliary clamp with the ring. The both ends of the support bar are connected to universal joints(42,50).

摘要： PURPOSE: A pin clamp of an external fixing device is provided to help an operator to easily rotate a pin supporting member without displacement of a pin supporting member, thus facilitating correction of broken bone. CONSTITUTION: The pin clamp of an external fixing device comprises a body(20), a pin supporting member(22) coupled to the upper side of the body, and a pin fixing plate(24) coupled to the pin supporting member. The body is formed with a concave seating surface having a certain curvature on the top surface thereof, and the pin supporting member is formed with a bottom convex surface corresponding to the concave surface of the body. The center of curvature of the seating surface is located in the vicinity of a pin coupling region to ensure the rotation of the pin supporting member.

摘要： PURPOSE: A bone fracture reset device is provided to ensure a free movement of the broken bone, thus achieving the complete reset of the broken bone, and to enable the use of other external fixing device. CONSTITUTION: The bone fracture reset device comprises a support module(10) installed in a longitudinal direction of the broken bone; a correcting module(12) vertically coupled to both ends of the support module to be rotated and linearly reciprocated in order to restore the broken bone into an original condition; and a pin fixing module(14) coupled to the end of the correcting module. In addition, a device for adjusting a length of the support module and rotating the correcting module about an x-axis is provided. 摘要： PURPOSE: An external fixing device for a joint is provided to prevent the excessive relative rotation between both guides used to fix bones at the both sides of the joint, thus facilitating an operation. CONSTITUTION: The external fixing device for a joint, used to fix and treat a broken bone, comprises a first guide(24) provided with a slide unit to which a pin to be inserted into the bone at the one side of the joint is fixed and a second guide(28) provided with another slide unit to which a pin to be inserted into the bone at the other side of the joint is fixed, and an angle between the guides is adjustable. In addition, a connector consisting of a ball portion to be inserted into one of the guides and a rod portion to be inserted into the other one of the guides is provided. The rod portion of the connector is provided with a ring, and the guide containing the rod portion is formed with an inclined inner surface to restrict an inclination of the connector.
