    • PURPOSE: A bone fracture mastery device of an external fixing apparatus is provided to maximize the convenience of an operation by allowing an operator to easily move a connecting rod thereof about a pin to be fixed into the bone of a patient. CONSTITUTION: In the external fixing apparatus having a pin clamp(2) which consists of a body(10), a pin support member(12) coupled to the upper side of the body for carrying a pin(1,1') to be fixed to the bone, and a pin fixing plate(14) coupled to the upper side of the pin support member, the bone fracture mastery device(20) thereof comprises an auxiliary clamp having an auxiliary support plate(22) for carrying the rear end of the pin fixed by the pin clamp and an auxiliary fixing plate(24) coupled to the upper side of the auxiliary support plate for compressing the pin. The auxiliary clamp is coupled with a handle(28).

    • The present invention relates to a bone external fixator. The bone external fixator according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising a supporting part; a first clamp movably combined with the supporting part and converted into a state of being contacted and fixed on the supporting part or a state of canceling the fixation; a pin supporting part movably combined with the first clamp and converted into a state of being contacted and fixed on the first clamp part and a state of canceling the fixation; a pin combined with the pin supporting part and having the other side fixed on the bone; and a fastening member pressing the first clamp in the direction of the first clamp fixed on the supporting part to maintain a stated of the first clamp contacted and fixed on the supporting part, wherein the fastening member presses the first clamp for the first clamp and the pin supporting part to be in a state of being contacted and fixed by a pressing force of the fastening member when the first clamp and the supporting part is contacted and fixed.

    • Invention is related to the internal bone fixation device by which we solve a problem of fixation and compression of bone fragments, in case of fractures or other operative interventions on bones, in the field of orthopedic surgery. Aim of the invention is to decrease contact between the implant and surface of the bone, providing minimally invasive application of the implant. Depending on the type of the bone, several ways of construction of the invention are provided. The basic construction is shown on the example of the femur ( 6 ) with fracture (I) close to the hip joint, and fracture (II) on a bone shaft. The invention consists of assembly of connecting rod ( 1 ) with clamps ( 2 ) and screws ( 3, 4, 5 ). The connecting rod ( 1 ) has trochanteric thicker plate ( 8 ) with three parallel, slanting, cylindrical holes ( 10, 10' 10'' ) for screws ( 5 ) through fracture (I), whereas on the diaphyseal end has flat, thin part ( 9 ) with longitudinal slot ( 11 ) and rounded tip ( 12 ), to accept screw ( 4 ). On the cylindrical, rod-like part ( 7 ) of the connecting rod ( 1 ), two clamps ( 2 ) are pulled above fracture (II) and beneath it, with screws ( 3 ) that, when screwed into bone fragments, fix the connecting rod ( 1 ) with clamp ( 2 ) at the same time. The other shown ways of construction of the internal fixation device are condylar, diaphyseal, epiphyso-metaphyseal, telescopic epiphyso-metaphyseal and telescopic trochanteric-condylar fixator.
