摘要： Invention is related to the internal bone fixation device by which we solve a problem of fixation and compression of bone fragments, in case of fractures or other operative interventions on bones, in the field of orthopedic surgery. Aim of the invention is to decrease contact between the implant and surface of the bone, providing minimally invasive application of the implant. Depending on the type of the bone, several ways of construction of the invention are provided. The basic construction is shown on the example of the femur ( 6 ) with fracture (I) close to the hip joint, and fracture (II) on a bone shaft. The invention consists of assembly of connecting rod ( 1 ) with clamps ( 2 ) and screws ( 3, 4, 5 ). The connecting rod ( 1 ) has trochanteric thicker plate ( 8 ) with three parallel, slanting, cylindrical holes ( 10, 10' 10'' ) for screws ( 5 ) through fracture (I), whereas on the diaphyseal end has flat, thin part ( 9 ) with longitudinal slot ( 11 ) and rounded tip ( 12 ), to accept screw ( 4 ). On the cylindrical, rod-like part ( 7 ) of the connecting rod ( 1 ), two clamps ( 2 ) are pulled above fracture (II) and beneath it, with screws ( 3 ) that, when screwed into bone fragments, fix the connecting rod ( 1 ) with clamp ( 2 ) at the same time. The other shown ways of construction of the internal fixation device are condylar, diaphyseal, epiphyso-metaphyseal, telescopic epiphyso-metaphyseal and telescopic trochanteric-condylar fixator.

摘要： PURPOSE: A device for external fixation of bone fractures simplified in the construction and installation of an external fixation device and reinforced in fixing force is provided. It can make easy fixing and operation thereof using a clamp connector and a rod coupler according to the installation position of a pin and a connecting rod for supporting the pin. CONSTITUTION: This external fixation device comprises a plurality of pins(22,24) for inserting into bones, a plurality of connecting rods(26,28) for connecting the plurality of pins and supporting and a plurality of pin clamps(30,30') disposed at a portion in which the pin and connecting rod are crossed to fix the pin and connecting rod, wherein at least one of the connecting rods is fixed on the pin clamps by the clamp connector inserted at a distance out of the pin. The connecting rod fixed to the clamp connector is fixed on another connecting rod by a rod coupler(34).
