CONSTITUTION: The adjustment device(100) of an external fixing apparatus comprises a connecting rod(40), first and second clamps(70,80) fixed to certain positions spaced apart from each other, pins fixed to the clamps to be fixed the bone of human body, first and second legs fitted to the first and second clamps respectively, an outer tube coupled to the first leg and formed with an inner screw portion, and an inner tube coupled to the second leg so as to be fastened to the screw portion of the outer tube. At least one of the legs is rotatably coupled to the inner tube or the outer tube.

摘要： PURPOSE: A pin clamp of an external fixing device is provided to help an operator to easily rotate a pin supporting member without displacement of a pin supporting member, thus facilitating correction of broken bone. CONSTITUTION: The pin clamp of an external fixing device comprises a body(20), a pin supporting member(22) coupled to the upper side of the body, and a pin fixing plate(24) coupled to the pin supporting member. The body is formed with a concave seating surface having a certain curvature on the top surface thereof, and the pin supporting member is formed with a bottom convex surface corresponding to the concave surface of the body. The center of curvature of the seating surface is located in the vicinity of a pin coupling region to ensure the rotation of the pin supporting member.

摘要： PURPOSE: A device for external fixation of bone fractures simplified in the construction and installation of an external fixation device and reinforced in fixing force is provided. It can make easy fixing and operation thereof using a clamp connector and a rod coupler according to the installation position of a pin and a connecting rod for supporting the pin. CONSTITUTION: This external fixation device comprises a plurality of pins(22,24) for inserting into bones, a plurality of connecting rods(26,28) for connecting the plurality of pins and supporting and a plurality of pin clamps(30,30') disposed at a portion in which the pin and connecting rod are crossed to fix the pin and connecting rod, wherein at least one of the connecting rods is fixed on the pin clamps by the clamp connector inserted at a distance out of the pin. The connecting rod fixed to the clamp connector is fixed on another connecting rod by a rod coupler(34).
