    • A diagnostic marker of chromosomal aberration of human neuroblastoma is provided to rapidly diagnose the chromosomal aberration of various children tumors including neuroblastoma in which the tumor progress is variously changed by precisely measuring the gene deletion in the markers by using BAC(bacterial artificial chromosome) array. The diagnostic marker of chromosomal aberration of human neuroblastoma is the chromosome deletion on the human chromosome number 14 or 22. The method for diagnosis of chromosomal aberration of human neuroblastoma by using the kit comprises the steps of: performing the microarray with the sample of patient by using the BAC clone; and measuring the chromosomal aberration which is gene increase found in human chromosome number 1, 2 or 7 by performing comparative genomic hybridization(CGH).

    • Provided are a food additive and a food comprising a polysaccharide extract of acanthopanax senticosus which has effects of immune reinforcement, proliferation of hematopoietic cell, inhibition of tumor metastasis activity, and inhibition of allergic immune reaction. The food additive and food comprises a polysaccharide extract of acanthopanax senticosus comprising arobinose, galactose, rhamnose, and galacturonic acid, as an effective ingredient. The extract is prepared by the steps of (i) adding a distilled water to sample of acanthopanax senticosus, distilling and filtrating the sample, and then separating a first filtrate and a residue, repeatedly applying the procedures to the obtained residue to obtain another filtrate, and mixing the first filtrate and the another filtrate, centrifuging the mixture of filtrates, removing an insoluble materials from the mixture and lyophilizing the mixture to form an extract extracted with hot water, (ii) adding methanol to the hot water extract with reflux, separating a methanol-soluble liquid from the methanol-extract mixture, adding methanol to the residue again, and separating methanol-soluble fraction and methanol-insoluble residue, (iii) dissolving the residue into distilled water, adding ethanol to the solution with stirring, and separating precipitate and ethanol-soluble fraction, (iv) dissolving the precipitate into distilled water, and dialyzing and centrifuging the ethanol solution to isolate an ethanol-insoluble material, and lyophilizing the ethanol-insoluble material to obtain a crude polysaccharide fraction, (v) filling the fraction into column equilibrated with distilled, eluting the polysaccharide fraction with distilled water to obtain a non-adsorbed fraction, and then eluting the polysaccharide with a sodium chloride, and dialyzing and lyophilizing the polysaccharide to obtain an adsorbed fraction, and (vi) filling the adsorbed fraction, and then eluting the adsorbed fraction with sodium chloride to obtain an active fraction.
